The second quarter of the year 2010, Aleesha has become a leading female bodybuilder. Aleesha Young was born the year 1984 in an athletic family. Her father took part in bodybuilding alongside her sisters and brothers. participated in hockey and other sports. Aleesha has played sports in the past, such as softball, soccer and basketball. Aleesha's pro card was earned following her win at the NPC USA Championships. Her first year of competition, it was in 2008. In 2014, she participated in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. In 2015, she maintained her 9th place finish. Aleesha finished 6th both 2015 and 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha is consistently improving her performance since then, won her very first professional contest in the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after taking the Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha put on the most impressive showing at WOS's Rising Phoenix, where she came 4th in the year 2020. The "World's strongest mother" was forced to stop bodybuilding for health-related motives.
